Can confirm (through official sources) that, unfortunately yes, Music Box's release of ORCA has indeed officially been yanked because of licensing issues. That's why all links on various outlets concerning the release have also been pulled. The exact conditions of those "legal issues" aren't known to me personally. But a number of units of that 500 limited run WERE shipped to consumers via various global outlets. So, if you've got a copy, ... treat it like gold! At least until (if) another release comes along.

I'm just curious how Music Box managed to make the mistake. I thought by now they had down pat what they were doing.

Is there any hope of this issue becoming entangled for the remaining copies? Probably not, but I thought I just ask. After all, nobody is served by keeping this release off the shelves.

Just as well Music Box only did 500 copies and not 1500. Not as financially bad as it could have been.
