Hello friends.
I will be very happy if I find this great piano theme's name. Should be 1983 or before a italian soundtrack or piyanist.

I think the tune is called "God Is Love" from the film Codice D'Amore Orientale, although the version you posted doesn't seem to be the recording I'm familiar with from the soundtrack album.
