Not to mention that there is probably just a single "action" sequence which is something around 2-3 minutes only... but still... that massive 2-hour score wich lengthy action sequence should be probably something MUCH older... otherwise that "magnificent stereo" wouldn't have to be mentioned but expected if it was supposed to be something recorded in the digital era... I'd rather expect something from 60s or 70s. Maybe original "Sodom and Gomorrah" ? There is very long battle sequence and maybe at last in "magnificent stereo"? I think the Battle of the Dam sequence is much longer than 9 minutes, so that would seemingly rule out Sodom.

Roger Fiegelson also hinted at THE PERFECT STORM and BALTO as works in process in an interview online. I too love STORM. But another Horner title like TROY could be the first one? Wait, wait , wait....he actually said THE PERFECT STORM as something Intrada is trying to get? What interview was this? I thought perhaps the poster is referring to http://jameshorner-filmmusic.com/intrada-interview-with-roger-feigelson/ . If so, it's important to note the *interviewer* only posed those title suggestions, Feigelson did not specifically mention them: "What would it take to one day have the complete scores of, for instance, Balto, The Perfect Storm, The Rocketeer, etc.? Just time. Most albums are possible; it's just a matter of getting to them. One might ask why we haven't done Rocketeer yet and I could only answer, well we just released a two-CD set of the complete Clear & Present Danger. I could have done Rocketeer first and then we'd be asked, what would it take to have a complete Clear & Present Danger? Everything in good time. I hope!"

The Alamo main battle music (film version rather than the album edit) lasts 9 minutes. Now that would be fantastic. This is my second favorite golden age score outside of Ben-Hur. The original album had voice overs all over it, so a dialog free version of the score would be most desirable. (Yes, I'm aware of the re-recording) That would depend on whether or not the tapes are found. I asked Robert Harris about the status of the tapes a few years ago (before MGM just about condemned the film to rot into oblivion) and he seemed to imply that the tapes were lost.
