What's wrong with digipaks? They take up less space than jewel cases...
They're made of cardboard, not plastic, so they get damaged far more easily - both in shipping and once I own them. And they only take up a tiny fraction of an inch less in shelf space.
I don't see anything indicating it should be limited...
Lakeshore CDs are usually limited but Backlot I can't think of any of their release that would sell out... so probably wide releases or with sufficient number of copies available...
Both are shittypacks, though.
Unfortunately SOME of Lakeshore releases were also available from Sony in Eu... which is not the case with Backlot... so anything but shittypack is unfortunately not very likely to happen...
Doesn't Amazon usually say so on their product description as well?
I don't think so... maybe in case of some more specialized labels some of their titles might be marked as limited editions but in case of Lakeshore the only thing indicating their limited-ness has always been the sticker on the shrinkwrap only.
