I hope Beltrami can hit this out of the park. His recent score haven been fairly boring.

How much time did he have? Sine he replaced Jonny Greenwood's score (not a good film score year for Greenwood so far).

I like Beltramis music... look forward to it

However .... I am so sick of trailers like this with some stupid song blasting out along with an amplified sound design .

Greenwood shouldn't be allowed to do any film score in his life. Ever.

Beltrami is most than welcome as replacement. I'm looking forward to it too.

Why is that? Other than this one, what else happened?

Also appears to have already been replaced on "A Wrinkle in Time" (I don't know if a score was done there).

I sincerely doubt that he was actually going to score that.

What's wrong with digipaks? They take up less space than jewel cases...

Are these the Limited Edition digipacks? Anyone know? Or is that just a Lakeshore thang?

Same as Lakeshore, but with few-pages booklet inside.

They're made of cardboard, not plastic, so they get damaged far more easily - both in shipping and once I own them. And they only take up a tiny fraction of an inch less in shelf space.

Sorry, but just to confirm -- so these will be Limited Edition you think? Doesn't Amazon usually say so on their product description as well?

I don't see anything indicating it should be limited...

Lakeshore CDs are usually limited but Backlot I can't think of any of their release that would sell out... so probably wide releases or with sufficient number of copies available...

Both are shittypacks, though.

Unfortunately SOME of Lakeshore releases were also available from Sony in Eu... which is not the case with Backlot... so anything but shittypack is unfortunately not very likely to happen...

I don't think so... maybe in case of some more specialized labels some of their titles might be marked as limited editions but in case of Lakeshore the only thing indicating their limited-ness has always been the sticker on the shrinkwrap only.
