If you're looking for more classical to release I suggest a marvelous record from 1954 called American Life on SPA Records. Composers featured: George Antheil ("McKonkey's Ferry Overture"), Elie Siegmeister ("Sunday in Brooklyn"), Henry Cowell ("Saturday Night at the Firehouse"), and Alex North ("Holiday Set"). Four varied slices of Americana.

Another great candidate for Kritzerland would be an old Moross/Herrmann LP I own for ages. It includes Moross' beautiful symphony.
Side 1. Bernard Herrmann's "Welles Raises Kane" Suite from July 3,1949. The composer is conducting the CBS orchestra.
Side 2. Jerome Moross "Symphony No 1", broadcast on November 19, 1944. Moross is the piano soloist in the second movement of the work.

Everything is possible I am happy going down this road for a brief time because this is music I love. And come Monday it's another Kritzerland first and a project I've regretted not being able to do for thirty years - but good things come to those who wait and it's mine and the difference in sound, thanks to James Nelson's masterful work, is astonishing. What a week it's been, the most whirlwind turn of events and I could not be more thrilled.
