Really no thread about this creepy score by M. Abels & T. Williams? (Searched but couldn't find one) There are too many short tracks, yes, but still quite a nice, effective and, dare I say, old-fashioned horror score. Reminded me a bit of THE BELIEVERS and ROSEMARY'S BABY in the choral parts and channeling Herrmann here and there.
Finally got around to see this little gem following the Oscar buzz and I really liked it! Definitely worth listening to IMHO.
NB: And yes, RUN RABBIT RUN is a most creepy song, could be the flipside of AHS's DOMINIQUE!
It is a good score, it even made my top 10 of the year. Even as you say, the short cues on album doesn't help. I would have liked to see it nominated over Dunkirk or Three Billboards - and even The Shape of Water for best score.
