I just tried to place an order at Perseverence's website but couldn't complete the order because I just kept getting an error message "tax provider not available" at the shipping stage.
Has anyone else with a UK address ordered from them recently?
I tried to contact them through their Send an Email page but I got no confirmation that the message was sent. It just seemed to loop me straight back to the empty "Send us an Email" form.
Sorry for bouncing this again, but I'm still trying to order from Perseverance's website, and I'm still getting an error message that indicates the checkout is broken.
I never got a reply from my help request.
