If you consider that this is a relatively obscure score in Rozsa's œuvre, you'd think that this is a weaker effort. Well, you'd be wrong! Rozsa delivers a breathtaking exotic extravaganza which may rank up there among his very best. Really enjoyable!
Great score(s). Green Fire is a bit monothematic, but it's a great theme and a relatively short score, so it doesn't cripple the listening experience. It also plays well with lyrics, surprisingly, although it was nice that FSM offered "clean" versions of the opening end ending credit cues as well.
I really enjoy listening to this score, the main theme is beautiful and the music sounds like it was recorded yesterday. a great score, great album and highly recomended.
