MV I interviewed director John Singleton this week (for the upcoming Blu-ray release of two of his movies, Poetic Justice and Higher Learning). In the interview I asked him about working with composers and told him how wonderful your expanded release of the Rosewood soundtrack is (which he of course directed). He seemed surprised that there was an expanded release. I gave him the details about your label, but wanted you to know just in case you have a copy you can send him (assuming you have his contact details). It's also possible that he DOES have a copy and simply forgot. Either way, you may see an order from him or one of his assistants sometime soon He's going to be pissed when he finds out what Mike did with "The Hounds Of Sumner."

... 2. No on Elseworlds ... MV Alien 3 will be back in stock in 2 weeks
Sorry for stupid question, but does it mean - no release at all, or no release RIGHT now, or maybe it means that at least 1 or 2 tracks will be in "stand alone" albums for Flash, Arrow, Supergirl (like it happened with Invasion!)? ps I hope you'll not finished with CW shows! We are but you will still be able to purchase them digitally MV

Who said people ruined DCAU shows? Unless he states otherwise I'd assume MV is still considering a big STAS box and subsequent Batman releases after Adventures of B&R. That's not the modern CW stuff which was previously reported (or hinted at) as not doing so well.

Damn! I guess this happened due low sellings, right? If so, I'm gonna crazy with such things. Firstly people ruined Superman: TAS & DCAU soundtracks, now it's time for CW shows. SU:TAS is absolutely amazing, so is Wiedmann / Kral / Ritmanis-McCuistion-Carter DCAU scores. Same with CW shows. But no, people don't want even listen samples & discover something new. But they will run just to buy another re-issue of re-issue of Goldsmith album (nothing wrong with Jerry, by the way, but he is example!!!). And sadly no - I'll not buy digital albums. Latest situations with suddenly disappeared albums taught me never believe to them (thanks heaven that I learn it on others mistakes, not my own) No, MV always said the DC Universe scores sold very well. (Or in general Sci Fi, Fantasy and Super Hero scores sell the best) Better than some classic expansions ppl have wanted for years. I'm guessing the licensing is ending or the studio isn't interested in producing CD's anymore.

You both are bit wrong. Yes, MV said that Batman:TAS sells good. But DC Animated Universe is not Batman:TAS - this is newer direct-to-video films like: Superman: Doomsday, Justice League: The New Frontier, Batman: Gotham Knight, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern: First Flight, Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, Son of Batman, Batman: Assault on Arkham, Justice League: Throne of Atlantis, Batman vs. Robin, Justice League: Gods and Monsters, Batman: Bad Blood, Justice League vs. Teen Titans, Batman: The Killing Joke, Justice League Dark, Batman and Harley Quinn. And when LLL released Justice League Dark, they said that due low sells this is their final DCAU soundtrack (once again - they are really good!!!) As for CW - just look at copies quantities - 3000 copies for Arrow season 3-5, and already only 2000 for season 6...

But yes, the DTVs didn't do so well either apparently. I usually only consider the 90s Timm/Dini material but forget people include the modern stuff. There really should be a distinction at this point as there's some serious generational gaps. BTAS is almost 30 years old!

Thin Red Line. Thin Red Line. Thin Red Line. Thin Red Line. Please? It's my birthday this month, would be one hell of a present, even if I have to wait until March to get it over here in UK.
