I've imported both CDs into iTunes (with maximum quality setting) using an external CD drive. When I play the last 3 tracks of CD2, I get noises like a needle skipping on a record. If I play the CD directly, I don't have the problem.
Does anyone else encounter this problem? Alternatively, does anyone know how to fix this problem? It's really ruining my enjoyment of the soundtrack as I can't play the last 3 tracks without problems.

Sometimes this happened to me. More recently with one of the final tracks of The Lost World. Have you tried activating "use error correction when importing" in the iTunes? Or cleaning the cd (it worked for me in the lost world)?.
Sometimes computer CD drives just don't like a CD for some reason. I recently got a CD that for some reason had major issues in one of my drives, but put into the other one both played and ripped fine.
Also, don't use iTunes. Just a good program like EAC, Foobar, or (if on Mac) XCD.
I had the same problem way back when I was ripping Star Trek: The Motion Picture. In my case I then used a different computer with a different drive. (In this case EAC returned the same results on the first drive as iTunes.)

Yes, I always use "use error correction when importing" when importing via iTunes. The problem doesn't happen if I play directly from the CD.

Mine was Intrada's MAF version of PREDATOR. Finally got it to work with a different drive.

Not a totally unheard of issue. I had to rip "Lady in White" over on a friends computer.
