Anyone got all the covers for the BRUNO NICOLAI IN GIALLO - BOX SET 4 CD? Would be greatly appreciated, Thank you
More coming.
Thanks so much my bro!!! Any chance of adding some kind of yellow & red & black border to keep the box set feel in? I'm sure u know what I mean. Thanks again my bro
That reminds me, I still want to make some covers using Thai movie posters which are riddled with text all over.
Indeed, some great artwork there but very difficult to make covers from. It would take some extraordinary editing and blending skills to create something that satisfies. Good luck

A few years ago, a user here named 'Spinmeister' made a custom cover for Quo Vadis. I wanted to use it, but the resolution was a bit low, so I remade it myself. But credit where credit's due. If you're still on this board and you happen to read this, I hope you're not mad at me for stealing your creativity! ;-)

...based on a request from me
I wanted a cover that didn't use film artwork as on the pressed release but rather something more abstract that spoke to the covers for the other historical epics that Prometheus and Tadlow had recorded, such as The Fall of the Roman Empire and Sodom and Gomorrah.
By the bye, since when is 1000x1000 considered "low-res"? In any case, both 1200x1200.
I don't have the image saved, but I think it was something like 600x600, which I think many of us here would consider to be 'low-res'. 1000x1000 and above is fine. I do realize that the assets used are another important factor. Like I said, I really liked the image you made, so I just found a sharper version of the painting and slapped on some text.
Thank you, Spinmeister. The ability of people on this board to create such interesting covers never ceases to delight. I realize the labels are hamstrung by the studios, but that can't be all that's at work.
Jerry Goldsmith Themes & Suites (as released by the Tadlow on their Blue Max album) I was inspired to make this one after I saw the cover johnbijl made using the same source image.
