FIRST KNIGHT! WOW!

That's great news, since some of the very best music was not included on the original release. The swashbuckling music when Lancelot rescues Guinevere, etc.

Thank you so much!

Why is this a surprise ??
LaLa is doing Sony expansions for quite some time now !! HOME ALONE 1 was one of the last expanded re-issues.
They may be doing HOOK and STAR TREK-TMP soon as well.

FIRST KNIGHT!!!!!! eek eek eek eek eek

.....Dear MV, I have a question: can we know how much will cost the shipping for the Medal of Honor boxset?
I confess I don't completely understand how the issue of additional cd's works at your website, the shipping info section says: "North America : $4.00 for the 1st cd and $1.00 for each additional CD. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: orders are sent air mail; add $8.00 for first disc and $2.00 for each disc thereafter."... but If I begin a checkout with, for example, a double disc set, the charge system seems to work considering ITEMS, and not DISCS. In the case of a 2 cd set with international shipping, the result is $8, and not $10.

With the MoH boxset the difference would be huge, and on the other hand I can't believe that an 8 cd set would cost only $8 (international)... So, that's why I ask for this. smile Thank you.

P.S.: I didn't ask the question privately because I think this could interest many of us.

First Slipstream comes out... now a MOH box and First Knight?

HERE, TAKE MY FIRST BORN.

(Any chance we can get a peak at what the MOH Box looks like, kind sir?)

All of these are terrific releases...

But, FIRST KNIGHT... I just teared up. I love this score and it is right up there with THE FINAL CONFLICT. La La does it again... smile

OHYESOHYESOHYES!

I was thrilled to see the MOH box set announcement, and happy to see the DC Showcase title... but First Knight was unexpected. As one of the many Goldsmiths I haven't heard (but I've heard about how good it is on this board), this 2-disc edition WILL be mine. I'll experience it for the first time in all it's double-disced glory.

MV, any chance we could see a picture of the MOH box??? Like you showed us with Human Target to 'whet the appetite'?

I was expecting the MOH Box but the First Knight announcement made my jaw drop! One of my favorite Goldsmith scores (yes, I LOVE the bold and brassy sound with epic choral elements)!

Thank you, La La Land! I will be there next Tuesday in anxious anticipation.

(I'm such a soundtrack glutton.)

I think that we owe a big round of applause to our newest, bestest buddy, and big toe... La-La Land Records. smile

Put me down for this and First Knight. (Between Slipstream, these titles, and the Elfman set, April is turning out to be an epic month!)

Looks like they've pretty much secured 'Label of the Year - 2011'!
