I'd also like to see music from the episodes shapes from season 1 on this release. I don't want more music from episodes that already have music from them in other releases so we can release more music from episodes that haven't been released yet.

I would agree with the request from Never Again. And of course, I would love this one:

It is the very last track before the credits from Hollywood A.D.

Would you guys be interested in ultra limited (Like 500 to 1000 units) of complete scores of fan fav episodes like we did on Farscape WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY back in the day?

It's something I have been contemplating

Let me know

MV

I am curious though, where has this idea landed?

I just watched "The Rain Man" (6x08). There is a kind of silly track. I can't find it on the previous volumes?

Someone else has mentioned the episode, but I'd welcome any material from "Leonard Betts." I remember a theme for "clarinet" that I thought was quite wonderful and haunting in that inimitable "X Files" way. Would be wonderful to have it on this set!

Ok, I read this board all the time but never really needed to post till now. Having bought all the LaLaLand X-Files releases as soon as they hit the site, I figured now is my last (and only) chance to request tracks that I’ve always wanted but haven’t yet appeared on the discs. Here’s hoping that MV reads these!

A lot of the other folk on the thread have mentioned some of these, and with much greater detail! I’m not great with adding the exact timings in episodes etc (I used to record the music with the SFX and dialogue direct from my VHS tapes) but hopefully memory will be enough!

Most is early season stuff - loved all of that!

Season 1
Deep Throat - still a track or two left there

Ice - some of the score from the beginning of the episode

Shadows - some of that creepy piano music

Fallen Angel - the awesome track that accompanies the Mulder flashback to his conversation with Deep Throat and then his getting ready to/infiltrating the crash site

Darkness Falls - don’t recall the ep as well as others, but remember some good music

EBE - score at the end of the episode

The Erlenmeyer Flask - the whole track incorporating Deep Throat’s death - and perhaps more of the chase music?

Season 2
Little Green Men - Mulder’s trek into the jungle

Duane Barry - all of it! Great moody score - from the undercurrent of tension throughout the hostage drama, to Mulder getting wired up, the release of some of the hostages etc - the episode has a great score

Ascension- same here. Great music - Skyland Mountain, Mulder interrogating Duane etc, the very end music..

One Breath - the only missing track for me is the chase music (Mulder after the guy stealing Scully’s blood and the intervention of Mr X) - would be great to finally complete an excellent episode

Colony/End Game - Mulder and Samantha’s reunion

Anasazi - loads from early in the episode - especially when the hacker is getting the files, then meeting with Mulder.

Season 3
The Blessing Way - near the beginning with Scully being followed in her car/the helicopter/ printed tapes taken etc .. and the murder of Melissa, and the face off with Skinner

Nisei - the visit to Allentown and the house there, with Mulder’s pursuit of Sakurai / Scully and the MUFON group

Piper Maru - Krycek gets ‘taken over’

Apocrypha - Krycek at the end

Pusher - Russian roulette

Season 4
Herrenvolk - the piano music accompaniment to Mulder finding the clones out in the countryside

Memento Mori- loads here!

Synchrony - loads of cool music here

I will leave my list there. The later seasons, for me, become more generic - and you’ve released loads that I like from those already. My go to music from all the sets seems to be the earlier stuff.

Thanks for reading MV, and thanks for the opportunity for the fans. Here’s hoping!

There's a cue missing from the revival release, it's from Home Again when Scully remembers William's birth
I know season 10's score maybe isn't among the most popular compared to earlier seasons', but think this is a wonderful (and short) cue to has to be released

just listen to it (and please, forget my bad editing razz )

indeed really nice little cue, a shame they didn't put it in the 10th season release. Maybe it could be included in season 11th release?

Here are a few cues I would like to hear on the next set.

Deep Throat – End Scene (also the end scene music for Ghost in the Machine)

Nisei – "Talapus" Scene

Talitha Cumi – Stiletto Scene

There are some amazing pieces of music that I would love to hear:

Season 1 ~ Episode 1: Pilot

The very first episode has some terrific series trend setting music. I'm thinking the very beginning scene when the abduction takes place in the forest. The scene when Mulder and Scully finally go into the same forest to investigate. The piano music when Billy Miles is finally questioned, near the end of the episode. And the end music as Cancer Man hides the vial away at the Pentagon.

Season 3 ~ Episode 2: Paper Clip

All of the amazing music that begins when Mulder and Scully arrive at the mine (where the human records are kept), to investigate Mulder's father's involvement with the Syndicate. From their first arrival, to the very end, when the UFO exits overhead Mulder. A lot of ethereal and dramatic music. Different to the usual, quite cinematic, and worthy of being showcased outside of the episode.

Season 9 ~ Episode 4: 4D

The music when Reyes turns off Doggett's life support, at the end of the episode.

The end music (the one with CSM) was already released in vol. 1 (track name: FBI secret vaults)

Season 9 ~ Episode 4: 4D

The music when Reyes turns off Doggett's life support, at the end of the episode.

And this one was released in Vol. 2 (track name: pulling The plug)

Could it possible to add the music for the Mulder cameo on The Lone Gunmen as bonus track?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHUxbJ7LiQs

I love the X-Files theme rendition and this cue wasn't available on the Lone Gunmen soundtrack release.

Also, a lot of demo themes and reels will make my day. I don't know if M. Snow have original X-Files theme demo or other but it could be very great to end the journey smile
