Sadly, Music Box won't sell this title to people in the UK unless it's part of an order over 135 Euros because of Brexit, so I'm afraid ordering this title isn't even an option for me any more. Pity, I would have liked to have owned it. Cheers

The only option for shipping is DHL which costs more than the CD itself. Dang...

Pity, I would have liked to have owned it. Cheers If Brexit has made small orders from the UK untenable, wouldn't it follow that many things won't be selling out as fast now? FOMO may not be as acute initially as it was- at least until these labels start to recalibrate their edition sizes to take into account the loss of initial UK purchases. Six months from now it might(should) still be around along with a few more compelling releases that would make a 135 Euro order more easily rationalized. Of course, that depends on what your yearly budget is for this stuff too I guess. For a long time now, single purchases are almost never a thing for me, unless it's coming from Amazon via Prime or ebay w/free shipping. Ordering from Intrada, LLL, SAE, Movie Music- I always feel like I have to make a larger $60+ order to leverage shipping to make it at all worthwhile.

You're right, we can order from Intrada, Screen Archives, etc.. It's a good call. It's just that with all the changes going on, extortionate postage rates right now, plus plus customs fees and import duties the buyer may have to pay on arrival... It could end up costing $70 by the time you actually have it in your hand. That's a really expensive CD. That's nothing to do with the fact it's originating in France. It's no different to buying any Intrada or La-La-Land produced 2CDs right now, and the main reason I'm being more selective about what I buy—it's getting stupidly expensive. I like the score, and I may do that, but I'll have to think about it. Cheers

To be honest, what we could really do with is a UK retailer importing these titles now. I wonder if Varese Sarabande's UK store would do that. Or Silva Screen. I know Backtrack in Rye still sells CDs but I don't think they actively import new titles. Hillside still exists but specializes in Italian. I know any retailer would have to pass the international shipping and VAT charges they bear on to their customers but at least there would be economies of scale with respect to the postage and admin fees. Cheers

Specialist UK soundtrack retailers have disappeared in UK because they couldn't compete with the US specialist outlets and Amazon.

I’d seriously considered buying this but shipping and dollar conversation to CAD is not great. And I have to put funds aside for Omni’s ST:TMP full conductors score.
