I had the opportunity to buy a master tape reel #15 on a local sellers platform from the ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Composed by Jack Allocco en David Kurtz with several underscores and cue tracks. (for About 40 minutes of music) Is this worth buying?

I've never heard of it. But as a master tape, you might want to consider keeping it in good storage, just incase this happens to be missing from the studio or the copy they have is damaged.

YES! To me at least! If there's anyway to have audio of any of these recordings I will love you forever.
In fact, I'm attempting to transpose the old music from the old days of B&B, and this would be extremely useful as I'm relying on poor quality Youtube videos which is excruciatingly painful

I am bumping this topic because it's relevant to me! And the master tracks are all gone off eBay and I cannot find them

Maybe a threatening cease and desist letter. Maybe the studio bought all copies and said they'd buy anything else so as to keep them off the market.

I actually found them again off eBay, I didn't search for them correctly. I actually bought one myself, but I'm curious as to which one the OP purchased to see what music is on it. I'm searching specifically for certain cues from the earlier points in the show, so it's kind of important to me! I did email the OP but never responded, not sure if they haven't been online since they posted this topic but I'll remain hopeful smile

If he gets back to you, or if you end up with any of this material, I'm sure that the TV Production Music Museum would definitely be interested:

Am I missing something? If these are older reels/copies sold off I imagine the originals are in the production's archive

Scratch that, I misread your comment as the one above.

I don't imagine anyone would care about a cease and desist letter from something that isn't being used anymore, as these reels are from the early 90's.
