I'm so excited for this George Miller film, as you probably know he's my all time favorite director! He's using many of his FURY ROAD crew for this film including Junkie XL. And, in a few months Miller starts filming FURIOSA! He'll probably use Junkie XL for that too.
So THREE THOUSAND YEARS OF LONGING is in post production and almost finished! It might come out this year, hopefully! Just some trivia, this film is cinematographer John Seale's final film, he is now fully retired.

I thought I saw his name included in the announcement for FURIOSA.

It was, but since the announcement he has dropped out. He was a great cinematographer. I'm hoping Miller will get Dean Semler, whom he has worked with before, to take over.
The teaser trailer is out and it looks amazing! It's only 25 seconds long with fast cuts, but what is shown is beyond words. The full trailer will come out on Friday. I'm so excited, I love Miller!
Well guys, the film's not getting the reviews I hoped it would, so I'm bummed. I was hoping Miller would finally get the Best Director Oscar I think he deserves. I'm still excited to see the film however.
Considering Junkie's usual levels of quality, this one isn't really that bad and the actual MAIN THEME is even quite nice... Is it as good as it should/could have been with a proper composer on board? MILES from it.
