Not here, I’m afraid, but Mrs TG loves it. I don’t mind it added to exotic recipes (although i prefer okra) but my view is that anything that needs covering in salt to be edible isn’t quite the ticket!
Knock yourself out, though, Amer - less for the rest of us!
Yes, it's great! It's become a standard complement to wings, with some ranch dressing for dipping. I especially like the leaves, but you don't get enough in a bunch, and they're usually wilted.
' Celery contains high levels of androstenone and androstenol-male hormones, which stimulate sexual arousal in women. It is believed that eating celery may make men more attractive by emitting scents that can make a man more desirable. '

I've tried and I've tried over the years, but alas. There was a period in the early 90s, I was so ready to like it, because Ben Horne munched it on TWIN PEAKS, but it didn't help. I can tolerate a bite or two with a proper dip, but that's about it.
My favourite green vegetable remains a toss-up between avocado and asparagus.
But this is too healthy talk for me; need to open up a bag of potato chips now.

Would it work if you just put celery in the ladies drink?

Just go for a mug full and tell them it's a heath kick.

Toss no more, my friend. Your dilemma is solved - an avocado is a fruit, specifically a berry, so next time someone asks you what is your favourite vegetable, you can give them a clear answer.

You’re welcome
Ha, that's right. I always keep forgetting that about the avocado. So asparagus it is!
I should add to my earlier comment that there is one other circumstance where I find celery tolerable, and that is with a Bloody Mary.
Love it with peanut butter or cream cheese. By itself, it's pretty bland.
I'm not much on peanut butter - ate it so much as a kid, I guess. I don't really care much for pimento cheese either, but it works with celery. When I was a kid, I'd rinse celery, leaving the water on it and coat it with Accent (MSG) - loved it! I've never tried celery with cream cheese, never thought to do so, but I will tonight at supper - Thanks!
