All systems go! I just bough a new car (well s/h), I really couldn't care less about cars, but they're widening the congestion zone around London in the summer & my old banger won't pass. And it's going to be, goodbye pay-as-you-go mobile phone (the battery won't hold a charge anymore) & hello smart phone.

I was totally Betamax, it crapped all over VHS, which was rubbish. How times change, I can remember cueing up to buy blank Betamax tapes from a shop in Harrow, I think they were £8 each, but we didn't mind, the future was here, & then the future was even more here with CDs, & so on...

That's insane, I would never do that! Now on occasion I have taken food out of the trash bin if its sitting on top of a doily.
