Big dinner. And a cuppa tea. Watching the bus parade and speeches. Lol.

Liverpool are drawn from europa pot 1. I think hammers pot 2 but if we finish 2nd we playoff with a losing champs league ejected team. If finish third in group we playoff for a place in euro Conference again.

And RIP Gordon McQueen. There’s a great article on the BBC Sport website about his days at Leeds and some other club.

As you know, Bill, if you were nice in the seventies you got kicked into the stands every week, like Eddie Gray.

Armenia? Wow. Lol

England game dull. 1 /33 they were to win.
Was tempted by 14/5 to win 4 or 5 nil but didn't bother. When they went 1 0 up in 8 minutes, it couldve been 7 0.

I think Wales and Rep of Ireland need new managers, both are clueless tactically. Kenny has had plenty of time with those players and results aren't getting any better.

Some good news that Martin Tyler won't be commentating (or calling the game as Americans would say) for Sky anymore. He's always been terrible, I could never stand him even when he worked for ITV years ago.

Yes, Scotland is on a roll. I'm now confident they will qualify, along with Spain.

Norway continues to be an embarassment. We had our shining period there in the 90s, when -- at one point -- we were ranked second after Brazil, but have pretty much sucked since then. Not even now, with a couple of world class players like Haaland and Ødegaard, are we able to qualify for a World or Euro Cup. Last time was the Euro Cup in 2000. That's 23 years ago! Geezes.
