When Orson Welles was a mere lad of 17, he was a creative force as part of an award winning production of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night." Footage of the production was preserved on 16mm film, which has recently been released. This is a link to an article about the production on Wellesnet that also has a link to the footage on YouTube:
