Any chance that Varese would send out corrected insert for this like the other labels do?

Just had my first complete listen to this score. What can I say...WOW! What an adrenaline rush! I didn't remember it being this good and dare I say it...better than the first one. An orchestral tour de force. Man, I miss Kamen. Bring on 'Die Hard with a Vengeance'!

"Good liner notes" ------------------------------ While I have nothing against Ms Kirgo and have quite enjoyed previous liner notes by her (SPIRAL ROAD and STAGECOCH spring to mind) I thought the notes for this and Enemy Mine were a bit disappointing. I like to discover stuff about the making and putting together of the film or hear interesting analysis about the score when I read liner notes (big ups to FSM liner note writers and Jeff Bond here), but found these two to be nothing more than basic info that I imagine any fan of the films would know beforehand. I read them once, slotted them back in and will never scan them again. Yet I still find myself re-reading any number of FSM releases (Jeremiah Johnson notes are ace) and previous Varese ones like Ballad Of Cable Hogue. Oh well, it's all about the music and there are no failures there (well, I haven't played Enemy Mine yet, but know it's a great score already). Sadly, I have to agree with this. I was rather disappointed in the notes, particularly after having just read Jon Burlingame's excellent notes for THE RED PONY. Fantastic score though. I think I may even prefer it to the first. From "Landing Esperenza's Plane" onwards it is just awesome Kamen action cue after awesome Kamen action cue.

I just found out I got my copy shipping on way it all been pay got litttle worry but got take care of it can't not to hear >>>>>>English your primary language??>>>>>>>>> I know it's off topic, but when did it become okay to belittle someone for trying to converse with us here who doesn't speak the Queens English? A reply like that - and the follow-up jokes - are really going to make that person want to return here to chat, aren't they? I wonder how well you would fare contributing with him on a message board in his country? Classy...NO. Shameful...YES
