THE RAGGEDY MAN (Jerry Goldsmith) is a title I would fancy for a re-issue. Lets see.

Except that one needs expanding.

Yes please to a Raggedy Man expansion please. Does Varese even control the rights to that title since theirs was a limited release?

Correct me is wrong, but weren't the last Encore batches not part of the CD Club?

You're correct.

You're both wrong. Which Encore hasn't been a part of the club?
Last were Where the River Runs Black, Fedora/Crisis, Suspect, Vibes, Runaway. What else?

How many titles will be released?

I wish these Encore editions:

Under Volcano (North)
Ghostbusters (Bernstein)
The last embrace (Rozsa)
MacArthur (Goldsmith)

CD CLUB coming Monday, November 16. No grails or Deluxe Editions this time but a few Encores that have a bit of a connection. See you Monday!

Bit connection? Hmmm... Is it possible, that this connection is 1985?
So we can get some scores from their 1985 set as separate releases (especially that they will release disc 1 as separate title) - Black Cauldron; Jagged Edge (which was already mentioned); Spies Like Us...

I was listening to my LP of 'Jagged Edge' just last night in fact. Every time Varese announce one of these batches I keep hoping it will be a title. So hopefully this time...

Joe Versus the Volcano?
But unless they remaster it and improve the rather flat sound there would be little point.

Spies Like Us would be a nice encore. That's a great Elmer score!

Jagged Edge please.

I was travelling the world when this was released and had no idea until it was too late.

The EVIL DEAD scores seem likely and if they choose to bundle all 3 into a 2CD set, that would be a good deal considering there are no bonuses to add.

All EVIL DEAD scores got a previous CD release.
Part 2 was licensed from Varese by That's Enterainment and released in the UK.

Absolutely. Be nice if the Paul McCartney song could also appear, but I guess you can't have everything.

For some reason I thought Encore and CD Club were two different product lines.

Maybe "The eiger sanction" (Williams) , "Stanley & Iris" (Williams) or "The rose tatoo" (North)
