Very simple. When you write about a fictitious world via a fictitious character, you then have the power to poke fun at everybody without taking a political view. Everything is for fodder.

If one wants to get serious, then I suggest becoming a registered voter and going to the ballot box. With that said, let the outragiously inane movies that never happened continue on!
