I know we have a thread like this for Intrada, but what are the 1-2 must-own La La Land CDs (available now)? I am fairly new to the hobby, but am looking for large-scale orchestral stuff.
I'd like to have Batman but it's OOP unfortunately. It seems i will substitute with Star Trek 3cd (along with Rosewood). surprised that you didn't include that one (Star Trek).

You're absolutely correct, I should have mentioned Star Trek TMP, it simply slipped my mind!
We will start processing and shipping out orders today. As you may have guessed, with this stellar new John Williams release and our special 20% off sale, we have a mountain of orders to ship off. Please be patient. We are processing them as quickly as we can in the order as they were received.
Looking forward to hearing reviews of Rosewood. I picked up the original CD when it came out in 97, and only listened to it a few times. Didn't grab me for some reason - guess I should check it out again?
Here's what I have in my cart currently for the 20% sale - anything else I should add?

Placed a pretty large order with this great sale, decided to get some double disc sets. I already bought Die Hard 3, Hook and Untouchables when they were released, don't know if those are the double disc sets being bought the most right now.
Black Rain Star Trek TMP Independence Day First Knight Galaxy Quest The Phantom Dutch- is still only 4.95 so I thought what the hell.
Thanks! That Batman: TAS volume 2 release w/20% off is a no-brainer.
Finally bit the bullet on this one...the 20% code took off $12.00, meaning it covered all of the shipping plus an additional five bucks. Wish I could have afforded more, but the rent always has to come first. Still, just getting the shipping costs covered alone is a treat. Can't want for more Shirley Walker goodness.
May was an "extra paycheck month" (three paydays!!!) so even after a weeklong beach vacation I had an opportunity to go overboard. Bought a bunch of them that I've been waiting on, upgraded my downloads of Evil Dead and Wonder Woman, splurged on Medal of Honor, and bought Star Trek: TMP as an impulse buy because even though I've never seen the movie or heard any of the score (outside of rerecordings), it felt like something I SHOULD have.

11:50am? That's an odd time for the sale to end. I wrongly assumed the sale would end at midnight. I just tried to complete a purchase, but the coupon code didn't work. So I came here and re-read the post... I knew the sale ended on the 4th, but missed the end time the first time I read it. Was going to buy the TOS box set, but forget it now.
