They left out the Death Star because it was too large if it were to scale. It looks like there are a lot of ships from the Star Wars Expanded Universe (i.e. novels and games that never appeared in the films themselves). I also see a lot of ships from David Weber's Honor Harrington novels. It's listed as a Weyland Yutani Orbital Refinery. It's "just" 350 meters long? That's certainly not the impression I get from the massive vistas in the film, and what we see of its interior.
