One the most treasured items in our collection is our copy of Morricone's Once Upon a Time in the West signed by the harmonica man himself, Franco De Gemini, shortly before he passed away last year. It's one of my wife's all-time favorite scores, so I was really grateful to him for signing it for her despite his failing health. A true gent. RIP Maestro.
The rarest, one-of-a-kind disc in my collection is Conti's "An Unmarried Woman". It's very rare because I avoid this composer's music like the plague, but I unfortunately got stuck with this one because I wanted the score that shared the same CD, Frontiere's The Stunt Man.
Years ago I bought the Mulan soundtrack off eBay for my daughter's birthday for $6 or so. When the disc arrived it turned out to be the Oscar promo. I believe my daughter received a different gift that year.
I do not know if I can limit to one but if I had to select a few:
Name of the Rose (German issue) - Horner
Serpent and the Rainbow - Fiedel *although I am convinced it is a bootleg I was not able to confirm it with someone else who owned it in the past. If anyone here has it, is the back tray insert blurry and mislabeled?
Batman Animated Soundtracks (V.1-3, autographed)
Aladdin Musical (Disneyland attraction CD) - Alan Menken et. al.
Graeme Revell's complete score to PSYCHO IV: THE BEGINNING (1990 cable TV movie). It was never released officially. But I found 2 promo copies on eBay within a couple of years of each other about 8 years ago. Score is based primarily on Herrmann's score to original PSYCHO. But Graeme's original cues are excellent and my favorites of the score. I haven't seen this item come available on eBay again. SO glad I have mine.
I'm not sure... how would I know? I have been told that my original vinyl release of Goldsmith's score for LEGEND is rare. I also have the original LP as well as the first Japanese CD pressing of UNDER FIRE.

I have that one too and yes it is unfortunately an umentionable. Actually I thought that I ordered the real thing but when the package arrived I suspected that it can`t be the Varese release and I was correct, too bad since it is a great score.
One of the "40 signed copies" edition of "Goodbye, Mr. Chips" on FSM. Autographs of Williams, Bricusse and Petula Clark, plus one or two others. No O'Toole, though.
