A gorgeous score for a superb series. Looking forward to Season 2. I liked Callery's work on 24, but this score was something else. :-)

Wait... where's the end title music? I LOVED that piece! I asked Sean Callery about that and he told me if was a earlier version of the title theme they used a portion of for the end credits and it wasn't something that he thought would work on the album and decided not to include it. I asked Sean Callery about that and he told me if was a earlier version of the title theme they used a portion of for the end credits and it wasn't something that he thought would work on the album and decided not to include it. Well if Sean Callery is reading this, that reasoning doesn't make a lick of sense. The lack of the end title (or earlier title theme) is the reason I haven't bought this soundtrack. It was that good! His music, His Call, end of discussion. If you really want this piece, you can just pull it off the DVD if you really want it? You are coming across as an entitled fan who doesn't wish to respect the choice of the composer on how he wanted to present his work. Ford A. Thaxton

Doubtful. That'd be a shame. Unless it does, I won't be buying it. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.... It's the 21st Century and this is really amazing good release, but just because they won't do a CD release you won't download it? The Best you might hope for is a DISC ON DEMAND from AMAZON (Which will contain the the 16/44 files). This is just the way things are, I don't understand why you would dismiss this just because they have chosen a digital release? We are lucky to have a this release as is. Ford A. Thaxton

His music, His Call, end of discussion. Here we go. If you really want this piece, you can just pull it off the DVD if you really want it? Funny story. There is no DVD/Blu-Ray release of Jessica Jones. In fact, websites that cover DVD/Blu-Ray releases have reported that there isn't going to be a tangible release of Jessica Jones, Dare Devil or any subsequent Marvel/Netflix series. I'd like to go on about how unfortunate that is, but I don't want to be lectured about how this is the 21st century. You are coming across as an entitled fan who doesn't wish to respect the choice of the composer on how he wanted to present his work. If I didn't wish to respect him, I'd be telling everyone to boycott this release and flood his mail with demands that he release that track. Here's how far my entitlement goes. A track I really loved is not on the soundtrack, thus I will not be buying it. He thinks the track doesn't work on the album? Well I don't think the album works without that track. That is my opinion on the matter and I'm fine with others who do not share it. And who knows? Maybe if if he does the music for Season 2 and releases another album, maybe than will the track fit in and finally be released. If not, maybe just a simple Bonus Track at the end. I don't know. Like you said, his music, his call.

A digital-only show has a digital-only soundtrack. How crazy is that?

It's the 21st Century and this is really amazing good release, but just because they won't do a CD release you won't download it? Is that not what I just said? The Best you might hope for is a DISC ON DEMAND from AMAZON (Which will contain the the 16/44 files). I'm not hoping for anything other than a physical release. Accept no substitute. This is just the way things are, I don't understand why you would dismiss this just because they have chosen a digital release? Then I suggest you read some of the numerous threads here that explain why people, like myself, are not interested in anything other than purchasing physical releases. La La Land, Intrada, Varese, etc, etc, seem to understand this. I'm sorry that you don't. I've only ever bought one downloaded soundtrack, and that got a CD release eventually. I have a list of physical soundtracks as long as your arm awaiting my attention and patronage. I won't be losing any sleep over passing on this one, thanks.
