In addition to the Soundtrack discs that have been referred to, there are:
“Great Film Themes” a 2-LP Polydor set “Presented by Cadbury”. John Scott conducting. The majority of the 26 themes are composed by others. It includes a beautiful version of The Morning After.
“John Scott Demonstration” (JSD 100) an LP with a fold-out sleeve (Selections from 6 productions scored by Scott: England Made Me, Conquista, New York Knickerbockers TV sports signature tune, The Jerusalem File, Outback and Antony and Cleopatra).
“London Swings” – The Johnny Scott Orchestra (EMI Columbia SX 6026)
“The Good Word” - The Scottsmen (Peer International Library PIL 9001)
“Pace-Setter” - The Scottsmen (Peer International Library PIL 9002)
There were also contributions to many albums of Music Library recordings for companies like Bruton, KPM and Boosey and Hawkes. I do not know about the availability or otherwise of these on CD.

Don't know if it's on CD, but I just played The Whistle Blower (1987) from the vinyl. It's so formally beautiful and multilayered with inner conflict and struggle against anger and cold bloodedness (the story was about a father who lost his son to shadow govenment secret stuff), it has real substance to teach people, mainly about empathy and understanding of the bigger things in life. When music in movies changed over to mostly response triggers instead of drama, we lost invaluable insights into life on earth which guys like Scott could give us.

" I have the old LP of ENGLAND MADE ME. Some good stuff on that amongst the songs from the old radio-dio-dio-do "
-------------------------------
Haha.
I don't normally like jazz or swing (or swing jazz) but that song is infectious.
I had to include it on my playlist of tracks cos it's so much fun.
The singer is almost singing in a parody voice (or maybe that's his normal voice) but I smile every time I play that song. Classic!

Here's John Scott's main theme from ENGLAND MADE ME and Lana Cantrell singing "Remembering" (music by Scott, lyrics by Arthur Hamilton).

I'd love a CD release of Scott's Inseminoid (aka Horror Planet). With all these releases of obscure 80's synth scores making it to vinyl and CD I thought it would have shown up earlier. I have the Citadel vinyl edition which is still amazingly, almost crackle and pop free but I have no way of ripping it on my somewhat dated laptop.

Was hoping that Intrada or Kritzerland would do THE LONG DUEL, but now I see that Kritzerland was very disappointed with sales of ROCKET TO THE MOON; so who knows.

Scores for light-hearted films can be a tough sell sometimes. Perhaps an adventure score like THE LONG DUEL might go over better, but given its age and relative obscurity (the film has never had a U.S. video release), it's a crap-shoot.
