Here's a little video I shot of the audience finishing singing Happy Birthday to John Williams from yesterday Feb. 8th 2020. John and the other composers at the S.C.L. received batons for their Oscar nomination. John took his out at the end and started conducting us. Very surreal moment.
I knew Williams was around 80-ish, but 88 surprised me & still in tip-top shape that makes me very-happy as much as the music he's mastered over the years. great-stuff happy Birthday maestro.
