Watching those clips I'm amazed how violent King Kong is in all his films. He holds no punches!

The hunter getting ripped in two like a pencil cracks me up every time. It's just so, so, so lame.

With the exception of Greystoke, this is easily my favorite John Scott score. No pun intended, but its a real monster.

I have not heard of this score and was mightily impressed when I heard the samples at Intrada. managed to scour the net and found a copy. Bought it.

KKL was not a great movie, c-level. But when I've listened to Scott's music that's really a class-act, its haunting & an emotional ride that's beautifully vibrant & sad, thee material soars way above the visuals.

Currently listening to my LP at an unreasonably high volume.
