If worst comes to worst and they need to recast, for example, Grimes, I just look at a current picture of Robert Duncan McNeill, and he looks right...

Damn, with the beard they could be twins. Though I suspect they would just replace the character. Not that there's any news of either one leaving the series.

Wow... I guess they should have tried just dating for a little while longer!

Or checked either's browser history, at the very least.

Thanks, Thor. And thanks for the tips, I'll try and give a listen to those contemporary-but-"retro" scores you mentioned. Next question(s): Do those various aspects and elements -- electronic, disco, ambient, etc. -- figure into any non-film types of music you enjoy these days? And, did you ever and/or do you now listen to "straight" classical/concert music?

Mr. Marshall:

The Preston Interrogation

In case nobody else looked, he resurrected a quote from TWO YEARS AGO, to do this lame "joke" again. Adding nothing related to the thread or even a tangent being discussed.

Great news and thanks for the update! I've been revisiting season 2 and just got my copy of the Season 1 Vinyl. Any word on the season 2 CD release?

I won't be seeing this behind a paywall. Think it will be available on iTunes for digital streaming? If I hear good things about season 3 I'll just pay per season or per episode.

A couple photos from a season three episode (appears to be a holodeck western-style episode):

I get most of these, by the way, from a TrekBBS thread.

The new estimated date of arrival of season three is late 2020.

The new season is expected to be shorter, with only eleven episodes, but now being on Hulu and not being confined to network commercials, the average episode is expected to be another ten minutes longer.

Super excited this series is still going! But are we no longer expecting a season 2 score release? Haven't heard anything in months.

LLL had originally said a season 2 score release was coming from them this past summer, but then later told us that was no longer the case. We don't really know why, but probably something to do with the Disney-Fox purchase. Maybe there's some hope of this coming out from Intrada, even though season 2 doesn't include any scoring from their favorite, Bruce Broughton?
