Good clip. I invariably like Deutsch's music. I never get a sense of padding from his scores. He writes a catchy theme(s) and his orchestrations always keep it interesting. The orchestration of this rare cue is similar to the noir Warner music he was composing in the 1940s, which you probably know and enjoy already. Two days ago LLL told me my order is "awaiting shipment." Nothing since then. Very pleased to have it. Update: Impossible to remove the Disaster set CDs from the outer package, without damaging it. Twenty minutes with no success. I'm wondering if a temperature change or something might help (like putting it in the fridge for a few minutes). Or would warming it up be better? Any other ideas short of covering the thing in grease? Sorry you're having the same problem I did. It finally came unstuck mostly by good luck when after a number of whacks there was a pop and they slid out like the air pressure had escaped. Afterwards, it was only after I'd kind of stretched the sides a bit with just one CD put back in that it was then safe to put all three back in and now it's working normal but I really have no idea how I lucked into getting them out the first time.
